30 hour Programme
Kick-off, 1 day (preferably face-to-face)
5 monthly sessions of 3.5 hours (online or face-to-face)

Circa 10 hours of inter-module practice with a peer

1. Leading yourself, we look at knowledge of self and how your personality affects your leadership
2. Leading individuals, we will look at awareness of others and how coaching tools and feedback can make a greater impact in your leadership
3. Leading teams, we explore how people operate in groups and how to build an empowering group climate
4. Leading troubled teams, what can destabilise a good team and what to do when things go wrong
5. Leading complexity, we explore and experience ideas on adaptive systems and how complexity can be used as a resource once we embrace it
6. Leading in chaos, coping and empowering others in the face of disorganised and stressful events.
